Bold Urban Renaissance Network Ticket Policy

1.1 Advance Purchase Required: NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE GATE. All attendees must purchase tickets online through the Volunteeriapte platform prior to the event.

1.2 Ticket Requirements: Each person attending the event, regardless of age, must possess a valid ticket. This includes all children in your group or vehicle.

1.3 Identification Verification: All attendees over the age of 18 must present a valid government-issued photo identification document that matches the legal name associated with their Volunteeriapte account.

1.4 QR Code Admission (Optional): While not mandatory, printing the QR code provided on your ticket may expedite the entry process.

1.5 Name Verification: The legal name on your photo ID must exactly match the legal name associated with your Volunteeriapte account. Check-in personnel reserve the right to deny entry to individuals whose legal names do not match.

1.6 Re-Entry: Ticketed participants are permitted to leave the event at any time; however, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

1.7 Liability: Burning Man Project is not a producer or organizer of this regional event and accepts no liability arising out of or in connection with this event.

2. Ticket Transfer Policy

2.1 Transfer Availability: Ticket transfer functionality may be available for certain ticket types only. Please refer to your specific ticket details for transferability information.

2.2 Resale Restrictions: If your ticket type allows transfer, you may sell your ticket to another individual, but the sale price cannot exceed the original purchase price paid to Volunteeriapte. Profiteering from ticket resale will result in the cancellation of your ticket and potential account suspension or ban.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy: All ticket purchases are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason.

3.2 Event Cancellation: In the circumstance of event cancellation event staff reserve the right to either: (a) transfer purchased tickets to a future event of comparable value, or (b) issue a full refund for all tickets purchased. The decision of which option to implement will be made by event staff at their sole discretion.
